Certificate in Food Processing Specialist
Curriculum
This program provides a broad working knowledge of technical elements of thermal processing systems (with understanding of alternative technologies) to qualify at an intermediate level as a recognized Food Processing Specialist. Students must complete four courses (12 credit hours). Students who are admitted to FdSN FPE master’s degree program may apply coursework previously taken in this certificate program towards the requirements for the FPE master’s degree with 3.0/4.0 GPA.
