Master of Management
The Master of Management and Leadership program at Stuart School of Business is designed to prepare professionals for leadership and managerial roles across a wide range of organizational settings. The program integrates core management skills with contemporary leadership theory and practice, with an emphasis on ethical decision-making, effective communication, and strategic thinking.
Students gain a strong foundation in organizational behavior, strategic management, human resource management, and decision-making, while building the interpersonal and analytical skills necessary to lead diverse teams and guide organizational change. Coursework emphasizes applied learning through case studies, team-based projects, and problem-solving exercises that connect theory to practice. Graduates are prepared to analyze organizational challenges, develop and implement effective strategies, and lead with integrity and accountability. Graduates are prepared to take on roles such as manager, project or program manager, team leader, operations analyst, or other leadership positions requiring strong management and leadership competencies.
Curriculum
